Long-term Health Stores UK member Wild Oats has been celebrating winning Independent Retailer of the year at this year’s Natural and Organic Innovation Awards 2024, part of the NOPEX event. It’s the second time the Bristol-based store has won the prestigious award. 

Unable to make the awards ceremony on the night, the Wild Oats team have this week been showing  off their award outside the store itself. 

Commenting on the win, Wild Oats marketing manager, Jordan Clements said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised as Independent Retailer of the Year. We previously won in 2016 and were finalists for the same award in 2015, so we are thrilled with our win this year.

“Our team work tremendously hard in delivering the amazing customer service we’re renowned for. A huge thank you goes out to our loyal customers for their continued support in shopping at Wild Oats, Bristol’s oldest independent health store.”
