Pensions
Workplace Pension Schemes
Under the Pensions Act 2008, every employer in the UK must put certain staff into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it. This is called ‘automatic enrollment’. If you employ at least one person you are an employer and you have certain legal duties.
You can find guidance and information on what you need to do as an employer at https://www.thepensionsregulator.gov.uk/en

NEST
NEST is the workplace pension set up by the government especially for auto enrolment to make sure that every employer has access to a workplace pension scheme that meets the requirements of the new pension rules.
